Registering for the Online Training Portal

Below are the instructions to get access to your online training portal.

Step 1: Visit:

Step 2: Scroll down the page and enter the password: “trusttheprocess”

Step 3: Click the “Add to Cart” button on that page. Note that you WILL NOT have to pay $4,550.00. Access is included in your Tour Director Certification enrollment. You will have a coupon code that will deduct the entire course fee amount.

Step 4: Click the “View Cart” button

Step 5: In the box that says “Coupon code“, enter the coupon code you were emailed . Then click “Apply Coupon“.  This will update your total to $0.

Step 6: Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button 

Step 7: Enter your Name and Information that’s required with the red *. Scroll to the bottom and check the “Terms and Conditions” box. 

Step 8: Click the “Place Order” button.  YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED!

Step 9: The next page will be your order confirmation page. You will also receive 2 emails. One is a confirmation of your order and the other is your username and password, which you can update once you log in.

Step 10: Click the “Profile” button at the top right corner of your screen. This will list the courses you have access to. Simply click on the course and you can get started.

Logging In and Using the Online Training Portal

Step 1: Go to in your web browser

Step 2: Click the “Login” button at the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Enter your email address and password

Step 4: If you don’t know your password, then click “Lost your password?” and enter your email address and a new password will be sent. Then repeat steps 1-3 with the password to login.

Step 5: Once you are logged in, click the “Profile” button

Step 6: Click on the “Courses” tab

Step 7: Click on the “Purchased” tab

Step 8: Select the course you purchased and click to begin course

If you want to see your orders, click “Orders” tab

Step 9: Click on a lesson to begin

Step 10: Use the navigation panel on the left to move from one lesson to the next.
